Mr. Katsande has vast experience in Food manufacturing, marketing and general business management including new product development. He worked in a number of overseas territories including England, Switzerland, Jamaica. He is also a director of more than 15 entities including the following; Toumaii Investments (Pvt) Ltd (Executive Chairman), Lafarge Cement Zimbabwe Ltd (Chairman), Nampak Zimbabwe Ltd (Chairman), Nestle Zimbabwe Pvt Ltd (chairman), Chitowa Agricultural Production Company Plc (Executive Chairman), Advisory Board Institute of Nutrition and Food and Family Sciences, University of Zimbabwe (Chairman).
Tanja Lubbers has been working in development, media and communication for more than twenty years, mainly in senior management positions. Currently she heads the regional office in southern Africa of the globally-recognized development organization Hivos.
Dorothy is a Legal Adviser and Consultant. She has vast experience in lecturing, research and drafting of legal and policy frameworks. She holds a Masters of Laws (LLM) in Law and Development (University of London) and a Bachelor of Law (University of Zimbabwe) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Fisheries Management, (University of Tromso, Norway).
Mikkel has 15 years of experience with international development cooperation. Experience which includes design-, appraisal-, review and evaluation missions and managing large business sector programmes. More specifically knowledge about business environment (business environment reforms, labour market and advocacy), international trade, development of SMEs (business development services as well as access to finance), green growth, agricultural value chain development and making market work for the poor (M4P) approaches. He possesses broad experience with projects aimed at building sustainable and capacitated institutions - public and private.
Benedict Gilbert Moyo holds a PhD (2004) in Epidemiology and an MBA in Strategic Thinking & Change Management , B Eng. from Malta. He is an entrepreneur running a horticulture, dairy, and beef farm in Nyamandlovu and Shangani areas both in the Southern parts of Zimbabwe. He has an excellent understanding of operations and needs of the Small holder farming sector where value addition on their produce is key. He has a wealth of knowledge on cross cutting issues that include gender, renewable energy, HIV & Aids and the general public health issues in the communities. Dr Moyo is a member of several professional boards in health and development sectors.
Leif is a Danish national equipped with a background in farming, dairy and transport and logistics. He currently is the Managing Director of Kefalos Cheese Products (Pvt) Ltd a company he joined in 1997 as a Production Manager and rose through the ranks. Leif encapsulates a hands-on principle whose management approach is very unconventional and elicits self-actualization in his peers and subordinates, encouraging them to be out of the box thinkers and decision makers.
